“Prior to Crossfit, I didn’t really have an official regimen for exercise. My friends and I would work out every once in a while. But other than that, nothing was set in stone. I was in need of an eclectic workout plan that would adjust to my needs. So, in December, I looked for something that would help me achieve my goals. My very first group class revealed all of my weaknesses in the first five minutes. Although it was hard, I wanted to go back the very next day.
Due to the great environment and awesome coaches, I enjoy most workouts and continue to go back. There are coaches and members who will push you past your limits. They actually care about you as an individual and want you to be successful as opposed to an ordinary gym. Everyone is very encouraging and works as a team. The workouts are always different so that feeling of boredom is never a worry. Through Crossfit Manassas I’ve learned to work hard and challenge myself. Some days, the workouts seem impossible. But, it was when i challenged myself that my results were most optimal.
In comparison to when I first started, I’ve seen huge differences in both my lifts and endurance. I haven’t been a part of Crossfit Manassas for a long time, but due to its awesome teachers and members, I’d recommend it to everyone!”
