I have to admit that the thought of doing the type of exercises that are common to CrossFit intimidated me. After months of researching it, I decided to join a local gym. I fell in love with the exercises right from the beginning. I knew that CrossFit was for me, but the local gym was not. They provided the facility, but not the motivation. That’s why I joined CrossFit Manassas. At CrossFit Manassas, I am constantly pushed and encouraged, and I love it and the results. In a short period of time, I was putting on muscle and reducing fat. In addition, they have helped me get my nutrition in order.
The coaches are great, very knowledgeable, supportive, and encouraging. I do appreciate the time they take to explain the workout, and during the workout help you with form to keep you from getting hurt. I have also found the members at CrossFit Manassas to be extremely supportive, encouraging and helpful. Even though I was new to CrossFit, they always made me feel as if I had been going for years.
It’s nice to walk into the gym and have a great group of people to workout with. I can’t imagine ever joining another gym.
