Personal Records – Yes, you did that!

Personal Record or PR (sometimes known as a Personal Best or PB) is when an athlete has completed a movement, workout, run, etc. for the first time. He or she now has a PR, or a “Personal Record“. If the athlete then completes the movement with a heavier weight, runs faster or completes more repetitions in a workout, they now have achieved a new PR!

Recording our workouts is an awesome way for our athletes to track their progress. Setting and breaking records let’s you know that all of your hard work is paying off. Below are our personal records boards from June and July!
