Let’s give a big CONGRATS to Dan for getting his first muscle-up! The muscle-up is one of the most coveted CrossFit exercises. It takes a lot of strength and practice to master. Too bad we didn’t get the MU on video. Dan works hard, averages 4 days a week in CrossFit and supplements his workouts with Boxing.

 

Let’s give another big Congrats to Tia!!! She’s been working hard on the Rope Climbs and was able to make it 15′ in 2 pulls!!! Tia has been committed to the Extra Work, averages 4 days per week, and has recently started competing!Tia
