Drop-Ins & Visitors

  • We allow drop ins, before you do; contact us in advance and provide us with information of how long you have been doing CrossFit and where, and that you at least have some basic proficiency with weightlifting and gymnastic movements.
  • Sorry, but we don’t allow training barefoot, or with your shirt off.
  • Drop-ins take part in our regularly scheduled Group Classes. If you have specific programming you follow, you must contact us in advance and discuss your situation.
