This week has been a great week for our teammates! Personal Records (PRs), crushing skill work and breaking through mental blocks are just a few of the things achieved and it’s only Wednesday. We were able to get two of the achievements on video. Melissa C. and Laura S. both got their first bar muscle ups this week! The consistency, hard work and drive these two women put into their fitness is remarkable.
